1. No Return Policy
  • Since our services include digital products, consultancy, and online training, returns are not applicable once the service has been accessed, delivered, or utilized.
  • Users are advised to thoroughly review service details before purchasing.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If a user purchases a training package, enters into a contract, signs a service agreement, or makes a payment against a purchase order, a refund may be processed based on agreed terms.
  • If a service is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, eligible users may receive a refund.
  • Training Package Refund Clause: If you have purchased a training package and decide to discontinue, no refund will be initiated unless you face genuine health issues. In such cases, a refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis, factoring in the portion of training and consultancy already provided.
  • Refund for Formal Agreements: In the case of any Purchase Order (PO), Sales Order, Agreement, or Contract, the refund will be processed strictly as per the terms and conditions agreed upon in the document.
  • Any approved refund request will be processed within 30 business days after evaluation.
3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Community contributions, Super Chats, or short-term consultancy payments made via our platform.
  • Payments made for accessing website content, webinars, or digital material.
  • Any payment made for partially completed or fully delivered services.
  • Consultancy Disclaimer & Non-Refundable Clause: If, after receiving our consultancy services, you are unable to successfully execute your implementation or if errors arise due to your execution process, we hold no responsibility for such issues. As stated in our disclaimer, refunds cannot be requested or initiated in such cases.
